Processing timelines vary. Typically, the process takes between three weeks to four months from start to finish, depending on sponsor review and embassy interview availability.

  • Application Fee: Strictly non-refundable once paid.
  • Government Fees: SEVIS and Embassy Visa Fees are handled by U.S. authorities.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any sponsor or documentation costs already incurred.

⚖️ Conditional Refunds

  • Pre-Submission: Partially refundable less administrative/processing costs.
  • DS-2019 Issuance: Once processing is initiated, refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Visa Refusal: Does not automatically qualify for a refund as decisions are independent of Savannah Training Solutions.

🚶 Participant Withdrawal

  • Voluntary: Withdrawal after program commencement is not eligible for refund.
  • Non-Compliance: Early termination due to participant non-compliance voids eligibility.
