MBB Examination
A two-hour open-book exam tests your advanced knowledge and analytical capability. You’ll be required to perform and interpret statistical analysis using Minitab or a comparable statistical software.
MBB Assessment Process
You’ll compile an evidence-based portfolio to demonstrate:
- Your leadership and coaching of CI projects and training programmes
- Application of advanced Lean Six Sigma tools in complex scenarios
- Facilitation of improvement workshops and team engagements
- Tangible contributions to Lean Six Sigma deployment within an organization
- Examples of influencing cultural or organizational change
- Project storyboards and critiques for at least six projects you have led or supported
The final step involves a half-day assessment interview with a panel of BQF Assessors to discuss and validate your experience. A formal report is not required—just clear documentation of your contributions and results.
