    • Applying 5S methodologies and conducting Waste Walks to eliminate inefficiencies.
    • Analyzing waste from the customer’s perspective and addressing bottlenecks with the Theory of Constraints.
    • Implementing Heijunka to level production and exploring opportunities for Just in Time and Kanban systems.
    • Improving workplace layout to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Fostering Effective Teamwork:
    • Defining essential team roles for Lean environments.
    • Enhancing communication through effective team briefings.
    • Ensuring real-time updates with up-to-date Visual Management practices.
  • Leading Improvement Activities:
    • Identifying, prioritizing, and scoping improvement projects.
    • Following structured methodologies like DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) or PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
    • Planning and executing Kaizen Rapid Improvement Events.
